Men's Health Panel (Age 30-39) - More Information
The men's panel (age 30-39) measures lab tests related to the health of men between the ages of 30 and 39.
The men's health (age 30-39) panel includes tests the CBC test, CMP test, hemoglobin A1c test and lipid panel tests which are found in the men's (age 18-29) panel. The men's panel (age 30-39) also adds on the testosterone total and free test and the vitamin D test. Many men stay quite healthy as they progress through their 30s. Although the body slows down a bit and recovery times lengthen from the 20s, many men between 30-39 have few to no medical issues. In addition to testing baseline wellness lab markers such as the CBC and comprehensive metabolic panel, this men's health panel also checks for evidence of diabetes or an abnormal lipid profile. Additionally, many men in their 30s may develop low testosterone or vitamin D levels which is also screened for in this lab panel.
For men in their 40s, the men's panel (age 40-49) is typically a good option.
