The men's panel (age 60+) checks a wide range of lab markers that helps screen the health of men in their 60s and beyond.
This men's panel (age 60+) includes the markers tested in the men's panel (age 50-59) - the CBC, CMP, hs-CRP, DHEA sulfate, hemoglobin A1c, lipid panel, PSA total and free, SHBG, testosterone total and free, TSH, vitamin B12 and vitamin D blood levels. The men's blood test panel (age 60+) also includes the homocysteine test and zinc test. Homocysteine provides added information in regards to one's cardiovascular risk. Zinc is increasingly important for memory and nerve health as one ages.
